Default Locations for my fifties stuff

Just to go on from my comment in the last post with pictures, I am interested in where these 1950's pictures were taken.

The big flat beaches with sand dunes behind are typical of the Cote d'Argent, the Atlantic coast of France.

Others look like the Mediterranean beaches of France, I am pretty certain that the Isle du Levant is represented in quite a few.

The gorge with the river and canoes is, I think, in the Ardeche region of France but it could be the Dordogne, any thoughts?

The mountainous pictures are probably Germany/Austria but could be Norway.

I would imagine that the more bucolic pictures may be Sweden or Denmark.
