Yes, every summer in the Koktebel region in Crimea, Ukraine various festivals are taking place including the famous Neptune Day.. I dont know the exact dates since i am not from Ukraine but yes most of the pictures might have been taken during the festival, see also The russian way of life thread for more "festival" kind pictures.
