I asked the Danceport girl how many they had sold and if they made enough money to buy new kit: "At the moment we've sold about 50 calendars- the issue we have had is people are seeing them as a novelty so are only looking at the pictures instead of buying them. However, we do have 2 major dance competitions coming up so we will be taking them with us. We hoping other dancers will appreciate what we have done! Most of the outside sales have been to people who are interested in dance. We still have a bit to go to get all the money we need!"
I like how the cheerleading photo is known to be the "bad" one. I would kill for a hi-res color photo of it. It's sad the Danceport only sold 50 calendars, but they do price it at 9 pounds, which is more than most calendars, though not too much money in my opinion. They let people just look through it instead of buy? They should invest in shrink wrap! We should all donate a buck a piece or something to them for their calendar efforts.

If they had a PayPal account, it would make it easy to donate a buck or two a piece. It might encourage them....
