Yes. 13. sometimes less. Sexuality is very important in Cuban culture. It is not seen as something that sacred but more like food and music. That plus poverty makes young girls interested in it very early. Finding a rich sex-mate is like a religion there. Prostitution needs to be redefined there. Nonetheless I remind anyone that for adults to have sexual relations with anyone below 18 is rightfully considered a **** even if the girls wants to.
