Photos from Japanese sites
The first one is from a parade. I don't know anything more about it, but I would like to know where it was. The 2nd photo is of a child pulling down a woman's bottom at the beach. Both the first and second photos are censored to remove images of minors. The next appears to be a staged "accident" at a water park. The fourth was taken through a window. I wondere if it is a real peeping tom photo, or if it was staged. The next two are of women being photographed, and the remainder are exhibitionists flashing.
