Mystery solved - the facialized blonde in my post #78 above is known as Shelly on am- facials and apparently also in similar sites, but not sure if still in the biz.
Having looked up more of Shelly, I don't think the spread blonde is also Shelly though, so she remains a mystery girl for now.
