Thats a fair point dude, but i like your other suggestion better. A bit of tact is required here, a steady nerve and a bit of daring. I actually think its reasonable to ask your wife if you can see the photo's, after all she told you about them when drunk, so get her drunk again...lol Having said that, a quiet word with the daring Emma about knowing what she did and a bit of teasing about wanting to see the pics and who knows where that could lead? She might say i don't have any of that night but have a look at this disc... (which you already have....lol) She might even pose for you on the quiet? Worth a tactful shot I think...
