I've seen a couple...

...after high school I was out with friends and a girl lost a bet. Can't recall what the bet was for but the forfeit was negotiated to standing naked in a park late, late at night singing a song. I believe she negotiated down from doing it at noon which we all agreed would have gotten her arrested. Anyway we all had to stand back like fifty feet, but what she didn't count on is that when she took off her clothes and handed them to her boyfriend that he would also stand fifty feet away, so when it was time to get her clothes back she had to stand there while he walked VERY SLOWLY back to her, which he did just to encourage the ENF. She covered herself as best she could, then hid behind a tree. She was in such a hurry to put her clothes on she put her underwear on with a twist and had to take it off again in the van on the way home, giving us all another show.

...about 1992 with a friend in a park. We were there for a sort of low-rent renaissance festival put on by the local SCA. A girl stood up and for no reason I can determine her boyfriend pulled her pants completely down. She had a full bush and no panties. I assume he thought she would stop him or he just didn't care. She turned around and hit him, then pulled up her pants. I barely saw it, but her reaction afterwards was priceless. Also, the friend I was with got all embarrassed for her, and announced that he had to leave. Like he couldn't bear to be there while she was there because she saw him and knew that he had seen her... I don't know.

...about 1996 at a Rocky Horror show a girl completely popped out of her top when running a prize up to someone at the back of the theater. She was wearing next to nothing but apparently was supposed to be wearing pasties under the top. She ran out the back of the theater, came back with the pasties on. Odd that she was fine wearing skimpy but not showing nipple.

...about 1997, same Rocky show, different girl, top came down in the end dance number until her nipples popped out and she had to turn around to fix it. Turned back, danced again, top fell again, turned around, etc. until she finally gave up and left the stage.

Rocky Horror used to be a good place to spot nudity but the local act doesn't tend to show anything anymore and all such incidents are now accidental and rare.
