OK, well I am becoming better informed:
Swinger Scoreboard is a lifestyles magazine that focuses on all these different lifestyle conventions, resorts, etc. I gather many of these have pageants. I was going to post this link earlier, but here are a ton of pics:

Entice is a Hotel in upstate NEw York. The Carribean Reef Club is a clothing, optional resort in Mexico. NOrth Haven Resort I think is in Massachusetts? HEdo is in Jamaica, etc, etc. Pics from all of these events then collect here at this website for us to pluck. I am suggesting, based on a pic I posted earlier, that there is maybe some sort of "grand runoff" pageant at Hedo where the winners from all these different pageants compete, but I don't really know. anyone?
