Well, that is another reason I am happy to live in the U.S.A. Because the day seeing a topless woman becomes un-interesting to me is the day you plant me in the cold, cold ground.

Of course the fact that the great Pedro, deservedly one of our most revered posters, lives in a country where nudity on beaches is the norm, apparently spends lots of time on those same beaches, and is still interested enough in naked women that he goes out of his way to post his photos here makes me think that it might not be as simple a calculation as you make it out to be.
