Reminds me of a German film from the 1980's
There was a movie called "Naked Models", or at least that was the U.S. name when I rented it. A bunch of college kids go to a city in a bus and stay in a hotel. One girl goes out with her boyfriend into the country and while naked fooling around, he gets mad and leaves in the car with her clothes. The rest of the movie is her running from tree to tree trying to get back to the hotel. She finally gets a newspaper and holds it over her for a while. It is entertaining. Wish I still had it.
