Found yet another nomination I'd forgotten about:

Miss Rebecca Tucker, the hapless shoplifter from Exeter, England.

Basically in December 2006 she figured it would be a good idea to steal 3 legs of lamb from here local Sommerfield supermarket. Unfortunately she was spotted and a security guard and the store manager gave chase.

The eventually caught up with her as she tried to clamber of a fence to get away. However as she climbed over the fence her trousers got caught up giving the manager and guard time to catch up with her. In her desperation to get away she attempted to remove her trousers (probably with the intention of unhooking them and putting them back on) only to be finally caught and and find herself sitting bare ass on the fence (turns out she was wearing no knickers) until the cops turned up.

Now that would probably have been the end of it except for maybe a mention in the local newspaper, however a guy in a house near the incident decided to take a couple of sneaky photos, and then sell them to the countries biggest selling daily tabloid paper, The Sun.

The pictures then did the rounds of the other national newspapers and (the one where you cannot see her face) was even featured on BBC topical comedy news quiz "Have I Got News For You". The story still features on many websites 4 years later http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage...ticle74187.ece

Ontop of this the above photograph also shows up on the first page of Google picture search when you type her name into that search engine. You can't see her face in it but a more specific search brings up the below photograph where people who know her or perhaps a potential employer could recognize her from...
