Great bra and panty scene in the 2004 movie "Blue Demon" around 7min-8min.
Young woman in her white bra and panties is apparently dared by her selfish girlfriends to swim
out to a buoy in the dark. Great shot of her climbing onto the buoy.
And, no - this woman survives - the scene, at least. I didn't bother watching the rest of the movie.
