I wish people would stop calling them fake - they are "enhanced". My wife enhanced hers over 15 years ago, and it helped her self esteem tremendously. She now likes to wear clothing that shows them off, so I benefit as well. I will attach a pic of her, and as you will see, most men and women would be hard pressed to tell they were enhanced.
