spniper freely distributed his pictures. The last contact I had with him was on another board. He messaged me the link of his new site. In order to download any of the archives, you had to fill out a "survey" where you provide your email address which will inevitably be bombarded with spam. It looks like he was trying to find a little revenue stream for his pictures. And I don't say I blame him one bit. The beach voy hobby takes a lot of time and probably costs a few bucks. You are going to need some refreshments sitting at the hot beach all day, not to mention camera equipment.
I haven't seen spniper active anywhere as of late. But then, there are a lot of boards I used to visit regularly that I rarely visit because it takes too much time. spniper had some good pictures, even if the watermarks are splashed all over the photos in a very obstructive manner. A watermark in the corner is fine. Watermarks all over the place is going a little overboard. I can understand the necessity for them as I have seen some of Pedro's pictures in the member's section of a beach website. I don't know if they bought them from Cocco or just took them from the internet.
