But with that said, don't most people post because they enjoy doing it? I've heard many times that people are posting for two main reasons: they enjoy doing it and they want to give something back. If someone is looking for a reward for posting they may be posting for the wrong reason. I do agree that people who contribute a lot should be acknowledged and I think they are, with every thanks they have gotten from people who appreciate what they do.

Best answer i have ever seen to a question slick.i joined back in 05 and little did i know that i would be stationed in iraq for 9 months.but i kept lurking when i could.then i came home and came on here many times.i was sent to a second tour and and OCC kept me occupied when i could get around to a laptop.i got home this year and now my girlfriend and i post because we love OCC and i hope to become a paying member soon.we love OCC and it is one of the best sites on the internet.God bless
