The interviewer is the lovely Japanese-Brazilian model Daniele Suzuki, and I posted video of this documentary here:

The other girl in most of the pics is named Carina, and she's an outspoken Brazilian naturist, who's appeared in a several videos, most notably a documentary about her by either hegre or one of those other "art nudes" web sites. I believe it can be found here. If not other places on the web.
