Mostly naked woman arrested on disorderly conduct charge

A Billings woman was arrested downtown Friday afternoon after she was reportedly standing on a busy West End corner and then driving downtown, all while wearing only a bikini-type bottom and some body paint.

Billings Police Sgt. Neil Lawrence said officers received a call early Friday afternoon that a woman was standing naked at the intersection of King Avenue West and South 24th Street West. She left the area before officers arrived

About 10 minutes later, another caller reported that a naked woman was driving around downtown in a white Honda passenger car.

Officers found the car on the 2400 block of Montana Avenue at about 12:30 p.m. and pulled it over. The driver, 44-year-old Julie Kennedy, was wearing only a bikini-type bottom. Parts of her chest were covered in paint and words were painted onto her arms and stomach.

Lawrence said Kennedy “could not provide a legitimate reason” as to why she was naked.

I wonder what legitimate reason she could have given that would have made them leave her alone?
