finally found the source of this scene. It's actually from a
movie, a comedy called "Не думай про белых обезьян" ("Do not think about white monkeys"), and the actress' actual name is Катерина Ксеньева (Katerina Ksenyeva). She actually has a bunch more nude scenes in the movie, including a great shower ENF. A (watermarked) compilation of all of the scenes can be downloaded here:
