No, I've never tried... I've tried iVideoChat a bit, there's frequentely exhibitionist women there, but there are at least two problems with it : first, video is particularly poor on this site (very small, with watermarks appearing randomly on the image), but the major reason is that I personally find it much less appealing to go to websites where you'll find mostly women who are used to show on cam, rather than going to more "random" sites like chatroulette, omegle, etc... and to try to convince mostly "normal" women to show. The quest for the good show is often more of a turn on than the show itself
About the video capture, I personally use CamStudio, it's a program that grabs video from a user-defined area in your screen. There are certainly other good choices, depending on your OS too.
