The next question is how they determine if somebody did joined the Philly WNBR. Are they asking first for a photo and look at the DVD if the person appear in the ride? Or do they only sell to Philly residents?
So i think we now need as quick as possible an Philly area based OCC member willing to buy that DVD to share it with us.
