from the medical standpoint. the smaller it is when its soft means the bigger it will grow! when soft the penis is flexed. when hard it is actually relaxed. im 6'7" and soft is unflattering but when aroused i go from 3" and thick like hot dog. to 9" and thickness of a ketchup bottle.
