you might check my thread "public nudity events list project" for a listing of campus and other naked events. Columbus, Ohio hosts Comfest every year which has toplessness. Otherwise, I might check twitter because searching on things like "Campus", "naked", "Ohio" etc might bring up some tweets written by students witnessing naked stuff first hand. That is how I've discovered a few new campus events. Good luck - I would be very surprised if there isn't a school in Ohio with a naked tradition.
