I have only done this once (two years ago and no, you cannot see the photos!) by just saying to the girl 'can I have a photo taken with you please? just so I have some proof that I have done this'. You then ask someone nearby to take the shot with your camera.

My shots were with three 'regular' riders, who I now usually have a chat to, every year. It is quite something, when you realise (like the guy on the left) where you rest your hand.....without thinking about it, at the time. In the shot below, there is quite a lot of 'flesh on flesh' contact, if they have only just met up on the ride.
