dro. You might want to do a search for a program called "spywareblaster". This program is free and it actually stops spyware from being installed rather than merely cleaning your system like "adaware" and "spybot". I'd suggest running all three, but since I installed "spywareblaster" I only had the odd piece of spyware sneak through. It is great.
Also, what spyware does sneak through is usually on in the Internet Explore cache. I run that for a couple of sites, but usually I use Firefox and have had no problems with that while running the above 3 programs (in combination with AVG anti-virus and Zone Alarm firewall). All fantastic, free programs.
