Personally, I've never had a pair of pussy lips for anything to ride up so I don't really know if you'd be able to feel that for sure but you would think that it would be a little uncomfortable. Again, purely speculation, but you would think that one could only be mentally distracted so much before the feeling of something being pulled tight in that area would come back to your mind. Then again, if she's used to it I suppose she could be completely unaware.
And even further again it is kind of a turn on to think that she is smiling because she knows she's getting attention to her crotch. There aren't enough women like that in the world if you ask me.
