It's always possible to download any photo on the web. Find page info somewhere under tools options, or the equivalent. On my computer I then find the Media tab, and all of the photo extensions on that page will be shown. When you highlight the correct photo info, you should be able to Save As. This has never failed for me, there seems to be no way to block this option.
