Thanks for the update Fango (and Alex), since you are discussing how to manage the thread I'll put in my two cents.
1) No straight celeb nudes (this includes stolen, lost, or sold home pictures) they may be nude, but it not an Oops moment. Not to mention these shots are sometime the cause for mean letters from attorneys.
2) No fakes, if you even think it might be fake don't post it. If you are unsure this is not the thread to figure out what is fake and what is legit.
3) No staged shots, if the chick is doing it intentionally it is not an Oops (intent is fairly clear and not really debatable)

Oops List is a fine list IMO, but I would add one category, nip/camel toe beach candids.
