The story with the Pic
The story that was given with the pic was that this was an initiation where the girl had to walk down the street in her underwear. She did not know this was going to happen and went commando that day. The other girl is carrying her dress and she had to go commando since that was how she was dressed. I have no idea whether this is a true story or not.
