...look like Ai and Mai from 'Twin Dolls' (I think there's several movies - at least two that I've heard of - but the only one I've ever seen is 'Twin Dolls - Legend Of The Heavenly Beast'). Unfortunately, I've never heard of (....or, really, even looked for) a manga series; though its existence would not surprise me at all.
