First look around for some newsgroups that have the sort of thing you are interested in.

Sometimes when you a find a photo or a video you like, you should also see what has been posted by the same person. Chances are they have posted other good stuff to the newsgroups. Click on the author's link and that will show you everything else they have posted.

The advanced search works very well to. Try entering some key words and see what you get fro results. There's a lot of material on the newsgroups. I tend to find that it can sometimes be like following a vein, when you find some good stuff. It all depends on what you are interested in.
