Woman accused of vandalism greets police in the nude

She reportedly told officers she had been skinny dipping. Police say Reed appeared to be either drunk or under the influence of drugs.
She was asked to put clothes on for questioning, but police say she called the officers “pigs” and refused to answer any questions. Officers notified Reed that her boyfriend had caught the entire incident on cell phone video.
