i just tried the video viewing it with BS player. The clip stopped near the end, but if you click forward on the player, it then works fine.
I posted a link about BS player and also a tutorial on how to use it for making vidcaps.

There are also seemingly random spots that crash it if you seek in certain places, but it changes and is not constant. If anyone else finds a way to fix it, I'd be interested in how.
