Opposite, actually. If the girl in question was actually Lucie Jones, that would be fine, because Lucie is "someone in the public eye". The WNBR girl is not "someone in the public eye", at least not in my estimation, even if she is a singer represented by a talent agency.

Also, it was mainly APS221's post that was the problem, with her full name along with instructions on how to find her Facebook and Flickr pages.
