The police say that they have had no real complaints in past years and the ride has the right to protest. Strange world where the police support the protest against a handfull of 'busy bodies' with (in this case) some dodgy deals too.

We will have to keep an eye on the situation, it is up to the head of the local police to give his blessing to full nudity or not, in the past few years three have and one (a christian) has not. With over 1000 riders coming, it may be more than they can cope with! When they banned full nudity last time (2006), they had 120 riders, and that was a handful.
