I assume the shaved-headed man with the tattoos is one of the local voyeur perverts. His presence nearby those naked young women does not seem to alter their behavior at all. It's almost as if they don't care he's there looking at their naked bodies.

Oddly, I am the local pervert!! No, they were a group of German tourists (M and F) who set up after me against that cliff wall, because of the wind. There were some nice women in the group, but only the men went fully naked, so no photos as such by me. You can see a topless one in some of the pics.
