Indeed that girl seems really comfortable with her nudity, even surrounded by clothed people.
Actually there are a lot of girls / woman like that in southern Europe like Spain, Greece, South of France...
where nudity is something finally common in most of the case, still there are more nude men than women but sometimes we're surprised by girls that can be nude among clothed people from both sex, without any exhibitionism into that.
The girl seems quite young, pity we can't see her face but by looking to her body, breast and ass she must be into her early twenties i think, so yes maybe the older woman is her mother, she looks good for her age too.
