My vote is no. Many camel toes are only known once a suit becomes wet and a girl is active (moving)... which creates a more noticeable camel toe. (better chance of being caught in the creases) Standing still and dry there is a less chance of that happening unless the suit is very tight. Plus when your looking at a suit in a mirror it would seem that it would be hard to see cause your eyes aren't waist high.
