UTM student charged with felony drug possesion with intent

When officers arrived at the apartment, rented by Jeffery D. McDaniel, where the woman was believed to reside, the woman opened the door, still naked, and appeared to be confused about her identity and whereabouts, according to a report filed by the Martin Police Department.....
The EMS cleared the woman involved, and she did admit to consuming mushrooms earlier in the day. She has not been charged with any crimes.
