Since nudity has only been increasing in the past couple years, I can only assume this is due to the weather. The real nudists (the folks in the yellow hats) still came out, but it appears the younger and more attractive set kept their kit on. That only makes sense, I suppose, but it's extremely disappointing nonetheless.

I'll keep searching over the next couple days, but I don't expect much.
