thank you! well our current webmaster runs his own site, and has a family to take care of...he can handle the day to day of the site, but doesnt have a lot of time to do other things as far as marketing etc... as of now we are going to coast along with him and see how we do with continuing to try to get more eyeballs on the site... so technically, we are not in a big rush to replace our guy....just would like to have someone ready to go when we make the change
