New pix found on Swedish forum today. According to OP, these were taken on April 30th in Uppsala, Sweden... Last of April is almost like Mardi Gras in Sweden with a lot of outdoor parties going on to celebrate the arrival of spring so I don't doubt the OP's statement about the origin of these pics for a second...
