These clips are from different UK TV shows, one called BEN DOVER and another caled SHAGNASTY & MUTTLEY.
In the first one, two girls in the city of Leicester in England are stopped in the street and asked if they would like to help in a clothes design feature. As they enter they find they have to go up a very steep staircase.

The second clip is taken from one of the School Disco parties that used to be fashionable where everyone shows up in a school uniform - and the interviwer just asks this girl if he can show the viewers what she is wearing. I think she thought they just wanted to film her from the back and unfortunately they cut away before she reacts.
