I dearly love B&A shots, but it's especially good when it's the same person in both B and A.
Take "Michelle B.", for example:

The woman in "after" bears no resemblance at all to either of the women in "before" -- even her eyes are a different color! Even so, it's better than a lot of stuff that self-styled "before and after master" guy posts, where he has a beaver shot next to a face, and the viewer is supposed to take on trust that it's the same woman.

I don't mean to sound ungrateful, I really don't -- it's great to have these. Just pointing out, by way of conversation, how hinky some of these packaged "b&a" pictures can be.
