Anyone else having problems with newest RealPlayer update?

Is there a way to install an older version?

The newest version has two issues. First, if I download a flash video file using the "Download Video to RealPlayer" option, I have to restart my computer to view it. However, latest update seems to have fixed this, but not completely sure yet.

The other (bigger) issue is that it seems to create a HUGE Temporary Internet Files folder which is troublesome to delete. I found a way to do it, bit it's a hassle. I'm quite certain that RealPlayer is the cause of this.

Any solutions or suggestions for other players to play FLV files, as well as download them.
