This manga is about a girl (or yankee girl) that mysterious her body turn in a doll size, and ends in the hand of a boy who is obsessed with this type of dolls (i guess is a japanese weird hobby).
Besides of that this manga have a lot of ENF situations, with the little girl ending naked and the boy get hitting by her =P
