I'll just add one more thing - most people are aware that in the case of event pics, we pretty much just shovel Flickr pics over here and fill up our threads with them. But if those over at Flickr that took the pics were to become members here posting their stuff first hand, all of those shoveled pics would then become original public nudity submissions. And the rest of us would then have to do a lot less shoveling AND worrying about possible copyright issues. Plus, we'd get the added benefit of personal commentary and insight coming from the photogs, and would be able to interact with them, request more pics, etc. So, encouraging Flickr users to become members here makes a lot of sense. The thread system is great for combining pics and comments while covering a unique event, and FLickr doesn't have anything that can match that. So it seems some sort of marriage would be desirable. We're here, but the pics are there. But in many cases they are only THERE because Flickr is much bigger than OCC, and most of their users it seems simply do not know about us here.
