She's talking to her boyfriend, from what I could determine.
He thinks she's in a hotel, but she says she is at home with her mom. To prove it she calls for her mom and says that they want her on the phone.
Once she does that the boyfriend is convinced that she's at home and says goodby and love and kisses, to which she responds with the same.
Then she hangs up and tels the guy what her boyfriend said.
