A friend of mine actually owns a house that would be just to her left. Having several times had lunch and a few beers on the deck, i know it is hard to keep your eyes on the food and amazing how often you get so hot 'you just have to go for another swim".
The amazing thing is that all the homes along there are just private residences (mostly high priced holiday homes) and these ladies just set up basically right in front of the house. Certainly adds a little value to the $7000 to $9000 per week asking price!
