These look like they were shot at Lake Havasu, AZ. People have gotten wild and crazy here as well as on the Colorado River and Copper Canyon Mexico for the past 20 years or so and it has all been caught on tape! Larger boats will have floating wet t-shirt contests and smaller ones are filled with drunk women flashing everybody. I guess they figure what happens on the water... stays on the water. Except when it's caught on tape and posted at OCC.
